iPhone Home Screen
Open heritagefolio.app in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, keep Open as Web App enabled, then Add. The iPhone version uses photos you actively choose and cannot scan the whole library.

Check the app version and permission state first. If the issue remains, send your device, OS version and the page where it happened.
Android install
Install the experience APK from this Android download page. Android may ask the browser for permission to install apps; verify the SHA-256 shown on the page.
Album scan
Android scans photos with capture locations and only shows matches that meet the confidence threshold. Unmatched photos are not listed; you can choose a heritage site manually.
Poster saving
On iPhone use the system share sheet and choose Save Image. On Android use Save to device. Keep the editor open if the first save attempt fails.
Maps and images
Basemap tiles and some images come from external services and may be slow on weak networks. Refreshing does not remove local visits.

Email support@heritagefolio.app with device, OS, app version, page and permission state. Please do not send original photos.
